By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Nature of Services
1.1 We act as a visa facilitation service provider and are not an embassy, consulate, or government authority.
1.2 Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/immigration authority. We do not guarantee approval or timelines.
1.3 Our Services include:
- Documentation guidance
- Application preparation
- Submission coordination
- Appointment scheduling
- Tracking & support
1.4 We may also offer add-on services such as:
- Travel insurance
- International eSIM
- Foreign exchange
These may be provided via third-party partners and are governed by their respective terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old.
2.2 You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Submit genuine documents
- Respond promptly
3.2 Incorrect or misleading information may result in:
- Visa rejection
- Delays
- No refund
3.3 You are responsible for reviewing your application before submission.
4. Fees, Payments & Taxes
4.1 Fees will be communicated via official channels.
4.2 Fees may include:
- Service fees
- Embassy/government fees
- Third-party charges
4.3 Government and third-party fees are non-refundable.
4.4 Taxes will be charged as per applicable laws.
5. Refund & Cancellation
5.1 Service fees are non-refundable once processing has started.
5.2 No refunds will be provided in cases of:
- Visa rejection
- Delays by authorities
- Incomplete documentation
- Withdrawal by applicant
5.3 Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
5.4 Add-on services:
- Insurance: As per insurer policy
- eSIM: Non-refundable once delivered/activated
- Forex: Subject to RBI rules
6. Processing Timelines
6.1 Timelines are indicative only.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays due to:
- Embassies
- Holidays
- Technical issues
- Additional document requests
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not liable for:
- Visa rejection
- Travel losses
- Financial losses
- Delays by third parties
7.2 Add-on services are provided by third parties; we act only as a facilitator.
7.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid to us.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by the Company and protected by law.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is processed as per our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws.
