1.2 Grant or refusal of a visa is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate/immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval, processing timelines, or outcomes.
1.3 Our Services include guidance on documentation, application preparation, submission coordination, appointment scheduling (where applicable), tracking, and customer support.
1.4 In addition to visa facilitation, we may offer or facilitate add-on services including travel insurance, international eSIM services, and foreign exchange services. These services may be provided directly by us or through authorized third-party partners, and are subject to the respective provider’s terms and regulatory requirements.
2. Eligibility to Use Services
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services.

5.3 Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

6.1 All timelines mentioned are indicative only and subject to change by embassies or authorities
6.2 We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by: - Embassy backlogs - Public holidays - Technical issues - Additional document requirements - Security or background checks
7. Limitation of Liability
7.0 For add-on services such as insurance, eSIM, and foreign exchange, the Company acts only as a facilitator or authorized distributor (where applicable). The actual service delivery, coverage, activation, or exchange is governed by the respective service provider’s terms and conditions. 7.1 We shall not be liable for: - Visa rejection or refusal - Loss of travel bookings or financial losses - Delays caused by embassies or third parties
7.2 Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee paid to us, excluding government or third-party fees.
