Passport Size Photo - Provide three recent
color passport-size photographs (35 mm wide x 45 mm high) taken within the last 3 months. The facial image should be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown. Photographs must be taken against a plain white background with a matte or semi-matte finish. Please note that scanned or unclear photographs will not be accepted.
Passport - Must be original and issued within the last 10 years. Should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the last intended date of departure from France. Must contain at least 2 blank visa pages. No alterations or handwritten amendments should be present on the data pages.
Itinerary - Submit a day-wise itinerary of your travel plans on plain A4 paper
or
if booked through a travel agent
on their letterhead.
Flight Tickets - Provide a confirmed flight reservation (India to onward and return).
Accommodation Proof - Submit one of the following proofs of accommodation
Confirmed hotel voucher Cruise confirmation voucher Invitation letter from a friend or relative in France
including their ID proof
passport or residence card copy
and their financial documents. (Email with color scans will work.)
Bank Statements - Provide your last 6 months’ bank statement
signed and attested by a bank official (if employed). If sponsored by someone else
provide their bank statement instead. All statements must be dated within the last week.
Income Tax Return - Provide your income tax return assessment for the last 3 years (if employed). If sponsored
provide the ITR of the person sponsoring your trip.
Cover Letter - Submit a cover letter on A4 size paper (if employed) or on business letterhead (if self-employed).
Employment Letter - Submit an employment letter on official company letterhead
stamped and dated. The letter should include

phone number) The applicant’s name
position
and salary details Approval for absence or confirmation of the position upon return.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) - If you are a student or minor
submit an NOC from your school/institute along with a copy of your ID card.
GST Copy - If you are self-employed
provide a copy of your GST registration.
Leave Letter - If employed
provide a leave letter from your company along with a copy of your Employment ID card.
Previous Travel History - Its advisable to share recent countries travelled along with visa number
entry and exit dates.
Additional Documents - To show individual strong ties with home country.
